The installation of hydraulic components shall comply with the relevant provisions such as GB/ T3766-2001 "General Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Systems" and GB/ Z19848-2005 /ISO/ TR10999:2002 "Guide for achieving and controlling the cleanliness of hydraulic components from manufacturing to Installation".

The installation methods and specific requirements of various hydraulic components are detailed in the product manual, and must be paid attention to during installation. The following is only the general matters that should be paid attention to when installing hydraulic components.

1) The components should be inspected before installation. In general, the buyer may not disassemble the components. If it is confirmed that the components are contaminated and need to be disassembled, they should be cleaned correctly, reassembled correctly, and tested, and should meet the relevant provisions of GB/ T7935-2005 "General Technical Conditions for hydraulic components", and installed after passing.

2) All kinds of automatic control instruments (such as pressure gauges, electric contact pressure gauges, pressure relays, level gauges, thermometers, etc.) should be verified before installation. This is extremely important for future adjustments to avoid accidents caused by inaccuracies.

3) Hydraulic pump installation requirements are as follows.

① The type and installation requirements of the coupling between the hydraulic pump and the prime mover must meet the requirements of the manufacturer.

  ② Exposed rotating shaft and coupling must be installed with protective cover.

  ③The installation base of the hydraulic pump and the prime mover must have sufficient rigidity to ensure that the operation is always coaxial.

  ④ The oil inlet pipeline of the hydraulic pump should be short and straight to avoid increasing bends and sudden change in section. Within the specified range of oil viscosity, the inlet pressure of the pump and other conditions must be in line with the specified value of the pump manufacturer.

  ⑤ The oil inlet pipe seal of the hydraulic pump must be reliable, and air must not be inhaled.

  ⑥ High pressure, large flow hydraulic pump device recommended:

a. The pump inlet is provided with rubber elastic compensation nozzle;

b. The pump outlet is connected to a high-pressure hose;

c. The base of the pump device is equipped with an elastic shock absorber.

4) The installation requirements of the fuel tank device are as follows.

① The tank should be carefully cleaned, dried with compressed air, and then checked with kerosene weld quality.

② The bottom of the tank should be more than 150mm higher than the installation surface, so as to move, discharge oil and heat dissipation.

③There must be sufficient supporting area to adjust with gaskets and wedges during assembly and installation.

5) The installation requirements of hydraulic valves are as follows.

① The installation mode of the valve should comply with the manufacturer's regulations.

② Plate valve or cartridge valve must have correct orientation measures.

③ In order to ensure safety, the installation of the valve must consider the impact of gravity, shock, and vibration on the main parts of the valve.

④ The performance level of the valve connecting screw must meet the requirements of the manufacturer, and shall not be replaced at will.

⑤ Should pay attention to the orientation of the oil inlet and the oil return port, some valves such as the oil inlet and the oil return port will cause accidents. Some valves for easy installation,

Two holes are often opened with the same function, and the one that is not used after installation should be blocked.

⑥In order to avoid air infiltration into the valve, the connection should ensure that the seal is good.

⑦The installation of the direction control valve should generally make the axis installed in a horizontal position.

⑧ The general adjustment of the valve, clockwise rotation, increase the flow, pressure, counter-clockwise rotation,   reduce the   flow, pressure.

6) The installation requirements for other accessories are as follows.

① Heat exchanger

a. The position of the heater installed on the tank must be lower than the low limit liquid level of the tank, and the surface power dissipation of the heater must not exceed 0.7W/cm²

b. When using heat exchangers, there should be temperature measuring points for hydraulic oil (liquid) and cooling (or heating) medium;

c. When the air cooler is used, the intake and exhaust paths should be prevented from being shielded or blocked.

② Oil filter: In order to indicate when the oil filter needs to be cleaned and replaced, it must be equipped with a pollution indicator or a test device.

③ Accumulator

a. Accumulator (including gas-loaded accumulator) gas type and installation must comply with the manufacturer's regulations;

b. The accumulator must be installed away from heat sources;

c. The accumulator shall not be disassembled before pressure relief. Welding, riveting or machining on the accumulator is prohibited.

④ Seals

a. The material of the seal must be compatible with the medium in which it is in contact;

b. The use pressure, temperature and installation of seals shall comply with relevant standards;

c. The enclosed seals can be used within one year of storage under the storage conditions specified by the manufacturer.

7) Hydraulic actuator installation requirements are as follows.

① hydraulic cylinder

a. The installation of the hydraulic cylinder must comply with the design drawing and (or) the manufacturer's regulations;

b. When installing the hydraulic cylinder, if the structure allows, the position of the oil inlet and outlet should be at the top, and it should be installed so that it can be automatically deflated or equipped with an easily accessible external deflated valve;

c. The installation of the hydraulic cylinder should be firm and reliable, and should be able to withstand all foreseeable forces. In order to prevent the influence of thermal expansion, in the case of large travel and high working temperature, one end of the cylinder must be kept floating;

d. Pipe connection shall not be relaxed;

e. The mounting surface of the hydraulic cylinder and the sliding surface of the piston rod should maintain sufficient parallelism and verticality.

② Hydraulic motor

a. The type and installation requirements of the coupling between the hydraulic motor and the driven device shall comply with the manufacturer's regulations;

b. Exposed rotating shafts and couplings must be protected.

③The mounting base of the hydraulic actuator must have sufficient rigidity to ensure the normal operation of the actuator.

8)The handwheel position of the opening and closing device and the installation position of the pump, various valves and indicating instruments in the system should pay attention to the convenience of use and maintenance.
