Plunger Pump
The piston pump is divided into axial piston pump and radial piston pump two representative structural forms; Because the radial plunger pump belongs to a new type of high efficiency pump technology content, with the continuous acceleration of localization, radialplunger pump will become an important part of the application field of the plunger pump is a reciprocating pump, belongs to the volume pump, the plunger depends on the eccentric rotation of the pump shaft drive, reciprocating motion, the suction and discharge valve are one-way valves. When the plunger outside pull, the pressure in the chamber is reduced, the outlet valve is closed, lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve opens, the liquid enters; When the plunger pushes in, the studio pressure rises and the inlet valve closes. When the outlet pressure is higher, the outlet valve opens and the liquid is discharged.
The axial piston pump with slipper structure is the most widely used axial piston pump at present. The plunger placed in the cylinder body contacts with the swash plate through the slipper. When the drive shaft drives the cylinder body to rotate, the swash plate pulls or pushes the plunger from the cylinder body to complete the process of oil absorption and discharge.
The oil in the working chamber composed of the plunger and the cylinder hole is communicated with the suction and discharge chamber of the pump respectively through the oil distribution pan. Variable mechanism is used to change the dip Angle of the swash plate. By adjusting the dip Angle of the swash plate, the displacement of the pump can be changed.
Blade Pump
Working principle of double acting pump: it is composed of stator, rotor, blade and oil distribution plate. The inner wall of the stator is approximately elliptical.
The blade is installed in the radial groove of the rotor and can slide along the groove, and the rotor is concentrically installed with the stator. When the rotor rotates, the blade is pressed to the inner surface of the stator under the action of centrifugal force, and is forced to reciprocate sliding in the rotor groove with the change of the curve of the inner surface of the stator, and the sealing working chamber between the two adjacent blades increases and decreases. When the blade slips from a smallradius arc to a large radius arc, the sealing working chamber gradually increases to form a local vacuum, so the oil in the tank is sucked through the oil suction chamber on the oil distribution pan; On the contrary, the oil is pressed out. The blade reciprocates sliding twice in the groove for each rotation of the rotor to complete two times of oil absorption and two times of oil pressure, and the radial force generated by oil pressure is balanced, so it is called double acting type, also known as balanced type.
Working principle of single acting vane pump: It is mainly composed of stator, rotor, blade and oil distribution plate. The inner surface of the stator is cylindrical, the rotor eccentricity is installed in the stator, that is, there is an eccentricity e, the blade is installed in the rotor radial chute, and can slide radially in the groove. When the rotor rotates, under the action of centrifugal force and pressure oil atthe blade root, the blade is close to the inner surface of the stator, so that a sealed working chamber is formed between the adjacent two blades. On one side, the blade gradually extends, the sealing chamber gradually increases, forming a local vacuum, forming oil absorption; On the other side, pressure oil is formed.
For each rotation of the rotor, the blades reciprocate sliding in the chute for one time to complete one oil suction and one oil pressure. The radial force produced by oil pressure is unbalanced, so it is called single acting type, also known as unbalanced vane pump.
Gas booster pump
Pneumatic booster pump is mainly driven by low pressure gas of large area piston end to produce high pressure fluid of small area piston end. It can be used to compress air and other gases. The output pressure can be stepless adjusted by driving pressure.
The pneumatic booster pump uses a large area of low pressure gas driven piston end to produce a small area of high pressure fluid piston end. It can be used to compress air and other gases. The output pressure can be stepless adjusted by driving pressure.
A variety of gas drive: compressed air, liquefied nitrogen and pipeline nitrogen, water vapor.
