Construction Machinery Industry is Transforming to Intelligent Green

China will promote highquality development of the construction machinery industry in a variety of ways as the industry is transforming into an intelligent and green industry, said an official from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology at the 3rd Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition on May 12.

Reporters saw at the exhibition, the electric heavy truck, electric crane, electric excavator, electric stirring truck and other intelligent, green products were fully displayed. The exhibition attracted 35 of the world's top 50 construction machinery companies. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that China's construction machinery industry has been accelerating in multiple levels of intelligent and green transformation. At present, it has cultivated and built 11 demonstration factories of intelligent manufacturing, nearly 100 typical application scenarios of intelligent manufacturing, and more than 20 green supply chain management enterprises. Next, our country will further promote the construction machinery industry high-quality development.

Gao Dongsheng, Chief Economist and Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Speed up the improvement of weak areas, focus on key products such as excavators, loaders, shield machines and cranes, support regions with good basic conditions, efficiently integrate innovation resources, organize advantageous enterprises to work together to solve problems, and strive to make innovative breakthroughs in key core technologies and components such as hydraulic system control.

Gao said China will also accelerate the construction of digital platforms in the industry, play the role of the first set of insurance compensation and other policy support, promote the promotion and application of highend products, carry out the pilot demonstration of new energy construction machinery, explore the construction of a number of scenic areas, factory areas, tunnels and other typical application scenarios. At the same time, we will promote the integrated development of large, small and mediumsized enterprises and encourage the emergence of more specialized and new supporting enterprises. In addition, in terms of opening up and cooperation, we will further stabilize exports and continuously improve the brand image of Made in China.
