一、 Hydraulic system installation steps
1. Pre installation (trial assembly): bending pipes, assembling oil pipes and components, spot welding joints, positioning the entire pipeline;
2. First cleaning (decomposition cleaning): acid wash pipelines, clean oil tanks and various components, etc;
3. First installation: Connect the cleaning circuit and system;
4. Second cleaning (system cleaning): Clean the pipeline with cleaning oil;
5. Second installation: Form a formal system;
6. Adjust the test run: Fill in the actual working medium and proceed with the formal test run.

二、Pressure testing of hydraulic systems
1. Purpose of hydraulic system pressure testing
Check the leakage and pressure resistance of the system and circuit.
2. Regulations on test pressure
When the nominal pressure is ≤ 16 Mpa, the test pressure is (1.5-2) times the nominal pressure;
When the nominal pressure is (16-31.5) Mpa, the test pressure is (1.2-1.5) times the nominal pressure;
When the nominal pressure is greater than 31.5 Mpa, the test pressure is (1.1-1.2) times the nominal pressure.
In circuits with high impact or drastic pressure changes, the test pressure should be greater than its peak pressure; For rubber hoses, there should be no abnormalities at 1.5 to 2 times the working pressure, and they should not be damaged at 2-3 times the working pressure.

三、Correct use of hydraulic systems
1. The use of hydraulic systems should comply with the technical requirements of their design and should not operate under overpressure or overspeed.
2. Equipment should be inspected according to requirements during use, and daily inspections are generally carried out using the "five senses" method.
3.Before starting the hydraulic pump, pay attention to whether the oil tank level is normal and whether the oil temperature meets the requirements; And check whether the adjustment handles and handwheels in the system have been moved by unrelated personnel, and whether the positions of electrical switches and travel switches are normal.
4. At low temperatures, the oil temperature should reach 20 ℃ or above before sequential action is allowed.
5. Without the consent of the competent department, it is not allowed to adjust or replace hydraulic components or hydraulic accessories without authorization.

6.When the system is operating stably, attention should be paid to the liquid level and temperature rise at all times. The working temperature of the oil should be controlled between 30-50 ℃, and generally should not exceed 60 ℃.
7. For equipment that has been shut down for more than 4 hours, the hydraulic pump should be run at no load for 5 minutes before starting the actuating components.
8. The interlocking device of the electrical control device system shall not be adjusted arbitrarily, and the positions of each limit switch and each block shall not be moved arbitrarily.
9. The working medium of the system should be regularly inspected and replaced to maintain its appropriate cleanliness.
10. Regularly monitor the working condition of the hydraulic system, especially the working pressure, operating speed of the actuator, and the working condition of the filter during equipment operation, and regularly clean or replace the filter element.
11. Pay attention to removing gases from the system and replace faulty sealing components in a timely manner.
12.Hydraulic equipment should be kept clean regularly to prevent various pollutants from entering the oil tank or system.
