How to read hydraulic system diagrams

1. Understand the requirements of equipment for hydraulic systems
① Understand the work tasks of the system;
② Understand the working requirements of the system;
③ Understand the action loop of the system.

2. Roughly analyze the system, organize and simplify the oil circuit
Explore the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system, preliminarily determine the basic circuit and components that make up the hydraulic system, then simplify the oil circuit, analyze the functions of the components and organize them, and redraw the schematic diagram.

3. According to the requirements of the equipment for the hydraulic system, the system is decomposed into several subsystems with the execution components as the center;

4. Analyze the basic hydraulic circuits in each subsystem, and read each subsystem block by block according to the action requirements for the executing components, referring to relevant instructions and electromagnetic action cycle tables;
5. Analyze the connections between subsystems based on the requirements of interlocking, synchronization, sequential action, and anti-interference among the executing components in the equipment, and   further understand how the system achieves these requirements;
6.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the entire system, summarize the characteristics of the entire system from its composition structure and working principles to deepen the understanding of the system. (Summarize mainly from the aspects of the system's implementation of action switching and action cycling, speed regulation, energy-saving measures, variable methods, control accuracy, and   subsystem connection methods.)
