Key points for the use and maintenance of energy storage devices
① The relevant usage regulations for pressure vessels should be followed, and their repairs must be carried out by professional repair units.
② The accumulator should be installed in a location that is easy to inspect and maintain, and kept away from heat sources.
③ Inflatable energy storage devices should be filled with inert gas, and oxygen filling is absolutely prohibited.
④ Non removable accumulator in oil charging state.
⑤ Non isolated energy storage devices and airbag type energy storage devices should be installed vertically with the gas valve facing upwards.
⑥ During the use of the accumulator, its inflation pressure must be checked regularly.
⑦ A shut-off valve should be installed between the accumulator and the pipeline system for use during inflation and maintenance.
⑧ After the accumulator is stopped for a long time, the shut-off valve between the accumulator and the system pipeline should be closed to maintain the accumulator oil pressure above the inflation pressure.
⑨ The accumulator that absorbs impact pressure and pulsating pressure should be installed as close as possible to the vibration source.
⑩ During normal use, it is necessary to regularly inspect the rust inside the accumulator and the peeling status of the surface treatment layer as required.
Precautions for using energy storage devices
① A one-way valve should be installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump;
② The installation direction of the accumulator should be reasonable, and the installation position should be convenient for maintenance;
③ The capacity of the accumulator used for auxiliary fuel supply or emergency energy should be sufficient;
④ When installing the accumulator, it is forbidden to use pipelines directly as support;
⑤ Processing or welding on the accumulator is not allowed;
⑥ The accumulator must be filled with stable inert gas;
⑦ The inflation pressure must comply with regulations
