② When the differential pressure indicator of the filter displays a red signal, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner;

③ Regularly clean or replace the filter element, and prevent external pollutants from entering the working system during cleaning and replacement;
④ When cleaning the filter element, the filter port should be blocked to prevent dirt from entering the inner cavity of the filter element and causing internal pollution;
⑤ The malfunction of a filter is generally caused by clogged or deformed filter elements, bending, sinking, flattening, and breakdown. The repair method is to clean or replace the filter element.

① The flow capacity of the filter should be greater than twice the flow rate during normal operation;
② When choosing a filter, attention should be paid to the reasonable selection of the filter element;
③ Prohibit bidirectional flow of oil in the filter;

④ The accuracy of the oil suction filter should not be too high;
⑤ The filter installed in the pipeline should have a blockage alarm device;
⑥ The flow capacity of the return oil filter cannot be simply selected based on the pump flow rate;
⑦ When using water ethylene glycol medium, a dedicated filter must be selected.
