1. Daily inspection contents of hydraulic cylinder
① Leakage situation of hydraulic cylinder.
② Is the action status of the hydraulic cylinder normal.

③ Is there any abnormality in the sound and temperature of the hydraulic cylinder during operation.
④ Check for any scratches or adhesion of contaminants on the piston rod.
⑤ The condition of the installation site of the hydraulic cylinder, whether there are looseness, cracks, biting, deformation, and other phenomena.

2. Maintenance of hydraulic cylinder
① In addition to daily inspections, the connecting screws at all locations should also be tightened regularly.
② Regularly replace seals according to the specific working conditions of hydraulic equipment.
③ Pay attention to the cleanliness of the working medium.

④ Regularly monitor and pay attention to the working condition of the hydraulic cylinder, observe the working pressure, speed, crawling and vibration.
⑤ Keep the hydraulic cylinder clean to prevent dust, lint, dirt, etc. from entering the system.

3. Hydraulic cylinder maintenance
① When there are scratches on the surface of the piston rod, causing leakage, the piston rod should be repaired.
② When there is severe corrosion on the surface of the piston rod, or when the chrome plating layer on the surface within the working length of the piston rod falls off severely, grinding can be carried out first, followed by chrome plating repair.

③ When the dust-proof sealing ring on the piston rod no longer serves its dust-proof function and dust, chips, sand particles, etc. enter the hydraulic cylinder and damage the surface of the piston rod, the sealing element should be replaced.
④ When the bending deformation value of the piston rod exceeds 20% of the design specified value, correction and repair must be carried out.
⑤ When the leakage inside the hydraulic cylinder exceeds three times the design specified value, the cause of the leakage should be checked. If the seal fails, it should be replaced; If the clearance is too large after the piston wears out, the piston should be remade for research and repair.

⑥ When there is external leakage at both ends of the hydraulic cylinder cover, it should be checked. If the seal at the end cap is aged or damaged, it should be replaced; If the connecting screws are loose, they should be tightened.
⑦ When the buffering effect of the buffering hydraulic cylinder is poor, the buffering device must be inspected and repaired.
