1. Install pressure gauge

Install a 50 bar pressure gauge with a manual oil replenishment pressure measuring port to check the replenishment pressure of the oil replenishment pump. This hole is located on the side of the pump body.

Install a 60MPa pressure gauge at the system pressure measuring port to check the working pressure and maximum pressure of the system. The hole is located on the flushing valve of the motor or on the side of the pump body.

Install a dual-purpose pressure gauge with a 2 × 10 ^ 5Pa-760mm mercury column at the inlet of the oil   replenishment pump to check its suction capacity.

Use an open-end wrench to check all pipelines and joints to ensure they are installed correctly and securely.

2. Fuel tank refueling

Inject hydraulic oil into the oil tank, and the oil level should be at the appropriate position of 3/5-4/5 of the oil level gauge. When refueling, use a refueling machine with a 10 μ m filter element (the oil must be filtered to ensure that it does not contain particles, debris, or moisture larger than 10 μ m).

3. Determine the oil level

When the fuel tank is lower than the refueling pump, remove the oil suction pipe of the refueling pump and inject pre filtered hydraulic oil. If it is a closed pressurized oil tank, release the suction pipe and inject 7 × 10 ^ 4Pa air pressure into the tank to force hydraulic oil to pass through and fill the suction pipe and oil filter until no oil with bubbles appears. At the same time, make sure that the valves on the oil circuit are open.

When the fuel tank is higher than the refueling pump, loosen the oil pipe at one end of the refueling pump connected to the fuel tank and check if the hydraulic oil can naturally flow through the oil pipe to reach the refueling pump.

If a closed pressurized fuel tank is used, the oil cap of the tank must be loosened to allow it to pass through the atmosphere. If the oil cannot naturally flow through the oil pipe and filter, a low-pressure pressure of   7 × 10 ^ 4Pa should be added to the tank. If the oil still cannot flow through the oil pipe and filter, it is necessary to check for any obstacles and ensure that the valves on the oil circuit are open.

4. Inject oil into the shell

Fill the housing with oil from the top drain port of the pump or motor. If it is a pressurized fuel tank, open the oil drain port located at the top of the motor. The oil will flow from the fuel tank through the return pipe, radiator, pump body, and motor pool oil pipe, and enter the motor housing until the motor housing is filled with bubble free oil. It can be confirmed that the pump, motor, and various pipelines are filled, and attention should be paid to the valves on the return pipe being opened.

5. Fill up the fuel tank

Fill the fuel tank with oil again to ensure the normal flow demand of the refueling pump.

6. Median check

Check if the pump control handle is in the neutral position. It is important to loosen the mechanical linkage and see if the pump control valve is in the neutral position. If correct, reconnect its mechanical linkage.

7. Start the engine

Start the engine and keep it idling. Do not accelerate the engine at this time: Run for 30-40 seconds, and the oil pressure gauge reading should be at least 13 × 10 ^ 5Pa higher than the pump body pressure. Place the pump control valve in the neutral position and run rapidly for about 5 minutes to ensure that all parts of the system are filled with oil. If the refueling pressure fails to reach 13 × 10 ^ 5Pa higher than the pump body pressure after 40 seconds, please quickly turn off the engine and wait for 5 minutes before trying again. If it still doesn't work, troubleshooting must be carried out; If using an electric motor drive, do not exceed 15 seconds.

8. Measure pressure

Accelerate the engine to 50% to 70% of full throttle, and the measured oil replenishment pressure should comply with the design oil replenishment pressure value of the hydraulic pump. Note: Refer to the hydraulic product manual to determine the pressure value of each displacement oil replenishment pump.

9. Add hydraulic oil

Turn off the engine and check the liquid level in the fuel tank. If the liquid level drops due to system refueling, hydraulic oil should be added.

10. Start the engine

Start the engine again and accelerate to 50% to 75% of full throttle. Slowly push the control lever forward, and at this time, the refueling pressure is about 2.8 × 10 ^ 5Pa. Pull the control lever to the neutral position and slowly pull it back again, and the refueling pressure will still be about 2.8 × 10 ^ 5Pa Repeat this test 3-4 times.

Increase the throttle to full speed and check that the inlet pressure of the fuel pump is not lower than 8 × 10 ^ 4Pa absolute pressure. Otherwise, its population pipeline must be inspected and reinstalled.
